Some Python scripts in /usr/lib/ganeti/ were getting the wrong permissions
(their 'x' bit was cleared).  This patch fixes that behavior.

This patch renames the variable 'dist_tools_PYTHON' to 'python_scripts'.
Some Python scripts were listed in the 'dist_tools_PYTHON' variable, but as
said scripts have no .py extension in their names, Automake treated the scripts
as data files, and hence no 'x' bit.  Now the Python scripts are processed
by the rules created for the 'dist_tools_SCRIPTS' variable, and such rules
don't depend on file name extensions.

In the Linux kernel commit 4b0715f096 introduced a display bug into
/proc/drbd which broke our regex.

The bug was first introduced into Linux 2.6.39-rc1. This bug is still
unfixed as of today.

This patch adapt the regular expression to workaround this bug for the
time being.

Currently we use absolute symlinks, but this doesn't work when we
install remotely (due to install first to local temp dir, then rsync
to remote machines). To fix, we change to manually-computed relative
paths, which is not best, but it works.

One possible alternative would be to use hard-links…

Currently, most htools code depends on Constants.hs which is generated
from constants.py and also depends on _autoconf.py. Also, _autoconf.py
depends on vcs-version, which all together means that when 'make
regen-vcs-version' is run, for example by ./devel/upload, most of the
Haskell code needs recompilation.

Since htools already has its 'optimised' vcs-version (and doesn't use
the _autoconf.VCS_VERSION constants), we can optimise this as follows:

- _autoconf.py doesn't contain the VCS_VERSION anymore, and that is
  instead moved to _vcsversion.py
- constants.py depends on and imports this new module
- _autoconf.py doesn't get regenerated at vcs-version changes, but
  only at re-running configure/changing Makefile time

The end result is that only htools/Ganeti/HTools/Version.hs is
recompiled now, which is a significant speedup (usually < 1 second
versus 10 seconds previously).

This is the last patch of the binaries conversion.

As information, we now have a single binary that is approx. 5.4MiB in
size, compared to 4 binaries that were approx. 5.1-5.2MiB in size;
this will result in a smaller package and install size, and the single
compilation phase should also help.

When compiling with the parallel-3.x library, we get a deprecation
warning, which makes understanding any other error messages
harder. This patch adds a compatibility module that will hold such

First, auto-generated files were not processed if HsColour thus the
'source' link in Haddock documentation was dangling.

Second, we document the original Python constant name in the
Ganeti.Constants source, so that it's easily retrievable (as opposed
to undoing the name transformation).

There are two problems:

- Makefile.am breakage, which is trivial to revert
- unittest breakage, which honestly I'm not sure how to fix and how
  serial consoles interact with the unpause helper

After the reset, the startup --paused still works but won't unpause
the instance automatically (if I understood the code correctly).

Furthermore, the code also fixes a style issue in hv_kvm.py (too long
line) introduced by the next commit after the above two.

Just saw this while testing the migration to QuickCheck v2: while
configure.ac detects that QuickCheck-2.x is not available, the test in
Makefile.am was against WANT_HTOOLS (overall htools compilation), not
on a more-specific WANT_HTOOLSTESTS.

With the merge of the repositories, we can now auto-generate the code
for Haskell constants from the Python code.

Currently this only handles the basic types (strings and
integers). Handling containers such as lists and dictionaries is only
possible if we would use a parser such that we recognise the element
names. We could extend the convert-constants script if that becomes
necessary, right now I'm looking at just the simple constants such as
Iallocator modes, instance states, etc.
