snf-image-creator can work with different image formats nowadays.

If a command needs root privileges use # as prompt. In any other case
use $.

Add a section on how to use snf-image-creator on non-raw format images

Make sure the user understands that this limitation has to do with the
input media internals and not with the place where the input media
itself is stored.

Make snf-image-creator be the dialog-based program and snf-mkimage be
the command line one.

Make sure to state that the host system in the "Create a new image"
example is a Debian Wheezy system. Most of the things work in every
distro, but some commands (e.g. kvm) may have a different name or
a slightly different functionality.

In the documentation and the printed messages, remove all references
to ~okeanos, pithos or cyclades.

Make the ChangeLog comply with the latest changes

Update the documentation to reflect the changes made after 0.2.4

Latest versions of synnefo require user id instead of e-mail to
authenticate.

 * Add instuctions for installing the software in Ubuntu 12.10
 * Rephrase some parts in install, overview and usage sections

In the "Installation from source" scenario, add python-sendfile to the
list of dependecies that will be installed via apt-get. Else, it would
complain about missing C headers and the user would need to download
python-dev instead.

Also, add a warning about LVM, the need for openssh-server, memmory
parameter for KVM and md5sum for the dowloaded iso.

The example has been copied from okeanos-guides. However, some
of the example's steps have been ommited (e.g. the installation of
snf-image-creator). Also, the focus has been shifted from ~okeanos to a
run-of-the-mill synnefo deployment.

This is the initial commit of the okeanos-helpdesk branch.
The main purpose of this branch is to:
* Move non-technical parts (e.g examples) to the okeanos-guides docs,
  where they can be presented in a more user-oriented way
* Correct minor omissions that okeanos-helpdesk has encountered during
  the testing of the image-creator tool
