This patch adds an early_release parameter in the OpReplaceDisks and
OpEvacuateNode opcodes, allowing earlier release of storage and more
importantly of internal Ganeti locks.

The behaviour of the early release is that any locks and storage on all
secondary nodes are released early. This is valid for change secondary
(where we remove the storage on the old secondary, and release the locks
on the old and new secondary) and replace on secondary (where we remove
the old storage and release the lock on the secondary node.

Using this, on a three node setup:

- instance1 on nodes A:B
- instance2 on nodes C:B

It is possible to run in parallel a replace-disks -s (on secondary) for
instances 1 and 2.

Replace on primary will remove the storage, but not the locks, as we use
the primary node later in the LU to check consistency.

It is debatable whether to also remove the locks on the primary node,
and thus making replace-disks keep zero locks during the sync. While
this would allow greatly enhanced parallelism, let's first see how
removal of secondary locks works.

Clarify the fact that temporary HV/BE params in instance start override
and do not extend the configured parameters; and change the instance

This parameter will replace the direct use of KVM_MIGRATION_PORT and the
implicit use of the Xen migration port.

While it doesn't make sense to change this at instance level, we don't
have any other infrastructure for cluster-wide hypervisor parameters, so
we add it here (and document that it usually shouldn't be changed on a
per-instance basis).

Currently this feature is hypervisor specific, but under kvm we use it
by default (aka: if the user hasn't specified another network script
which overrides our auto-generated one) to specify the routing table.
This was already hinted as a possibility in the manpages, but never
explicitely stated as a reality, so we update gnt-cluster(8) to actually
say this, and gnt-{backup,instance}(8) to point to gnt-cluster(8) for
more information.

This patch modifies the start instance script, opcode and logical unit
to support temporary startup parameters.

Different from 1.2, where only the kernel arguments were supporting
changes (and thus xen-pvm specific), this version supports changing all
hypervisor and backend parameters (with appropriate checks).

This is much more flexible, and allows for example:
  - start with different, temporary kernel
  - start with different memory size

Note: in later versions, this should be extended to cover disk
parameters as well (e.g. start with drbd without flushes, start with
drbd in async mode, etc.).

In Ganeti 1.2, “none” was used to signify no initrd. In 2.0 we have
changed to “no_” as a prefix (i.e. “-H no_initrd_path”) and thus we
document in the manpage this.

The QA suite is changed accordingly.

This patch removes the extra_args parameter and instead switches the
instance to the HV_KERNEL_ARGS hypervisor option.

This is a big change, but it's a needed cleanup, this extra parameter on
all RPC calls is not generic and we also need to have a persistent value
here.

In 1.2, due to the md+drbd7 legacy, we had a complex choice of replace
modes, and the new drbd8 modes where forced into this syntax, with some
complicated rules of transition from one mode to another (if REPLACE_ALL
but not new node passed, switch to REPLACE_SEC, etc.).

This patch cleans this situation by making a clear separation between
the two main modes:
  - replace on current nodes (with the two sub-cases on primary and on
    secondary)
  - change to a new node (either via manually specified node or via
    iallocator)

The patch adds a new ‘--no-wait-for-sync’ parameter to grow-disk similar
to the one in instance add, and changes the default to wait.

This is cleaner as at the moment when the command returns, we either
have a fully synced disk or there is an error.
