asyncnotifier tests: simplify the setup code


First change is to replace "range(len(self.NOTIFIERS)))" with
self.NOTIFIERS, as range(len(range(N))) ≡ range(N).

Sencond change is switch from an explicit indexing to use of zip.
Unittests still pass :)
