Remove the following entries from the default unattend.xml:
 * DoNotOpenInitialConfigurationTasksAtLogon=true
 * DoNotOpenServerManagerAtLogon=true
 * CopyProfile=true
 * DoNotCleanTaskBar=true

They are not required for having an unattended installation and they
define a policy.
