This makes use of the new way of returning console information from the
master daemon. Unittests are included.

Node daemon prints a lot of warnings if --no-mlock option is not specified and
ctypes module is not present.

With the following patch the warning is printed only at noded startup.

This patch adds targeted pylint disables, where it makes sense (either
due to limitations in pylint or due to historical usage), and also a few
blanket ones in rapi where all the names are… “different”.

Since modules are not directly executables, remove the shebang from
them. This helps with lintian warnings.

Also make the autogenerated _autoconf.py contain two comment lines at
the beginning, like the other modules.
