I didn't know why the code previously used
“pyinotify.EventsCodes.ALL_FLAGS” instead of using the flags from
“pyinotify.EventsCodes” directly. Turns out that Pyinotify 0.8 has them
in “pyinotify”, not “pyinotify.EventsCodes”.
