    Remove OpQueryNodeData and LUQueryNodeData · 4a72cc75

    Now that LUQueryNodes supports all the functionality of LUQueryNodeData,
let's migrate gnt-node.ShowNodeConfig to use it and remove all traces of
OpQueryNodeData and LUQueryNodeData.
