Handle IndexError exception that is raised when the user does not
provide a pool ID.

According to the decision of the GRNET Board of Directors,
switch license to GPLv3.

This commit will be propagated to the release
and master branches based on git flow, and the next
release will be licensed as GPLv3.

Instead of django's BaseCommand class, use out SynnefoCommand which
takes care of logging the command and its output.

Ref #3: Log all stdout/stderr for snf-manage invocations

Unify the string listing that is used to describe the arguments that are
accepted by snf-manage commands, and are displayed in the 'usage' of the
commands' help message. Also, add the argument in some commands that it
was missing.

Create common module for pretty-printing database objects. Currently it
contains only functions for pretty-printing networks and ports.

Extend PoolManager to support extending and shrinking of Pools. Also
add extra option '--size' to pool-modify command.

Create three new management commands for listing, showing and modifying
a pool.

* showserver
* modifyserver

Also remove aai and helpdesk apps

since more than one packages exist in repository root

* Add a banner
* Append a link to user and server in images_info
