- Fix typo
- Replace nowrap attribute with corresponding css rule
- Modify the layout of the table

These buttons are mostly used to show/hide areas in the UI.

In the details view, there are auth provider info in formated and in raw
form. The user by default sees the formated view but there is a button
that will fade out the formated view (list) and fade in the raw form
(plain json) of these data.

These data are hidden at first. The user see them if he presses a button
that will slide down a list with all the data.

- Modify style of filters
- Add style rules in order to change the state of checkboxes,
  radiobuttons and arrow-buttons by css
- Fix rendering bugs noticed in Firefox

The table of IP history in details was getting out of the wrapper
in Firefox.
A horizontal scrollbar solves the problem.
