Update all modules which are interacting with the RabbitMQ messaging system to
use the AMQPClient in order to use highly available queues in active/active
mode.

Extend messages to include a unique identifier in order to handle
duplication of messages and out of order delivery. The timestamp of the event
that the message is describing is chosen for this.

Extend VirtualMachine model with 'backendtime' field to hold the
timestamp described above.

Introduce a client implementing connection and communication with a RabbitMQ
broker.

This client silently handles connection failures an tries to connect to a
different node. Also uses publisher-confirms to guarantee delivery to the
broker.

Also, update settings files for cyclades-app and cyclades-gtools with
AMQP_HOSTS setting

Ganeti 2.5 needs a tupple of length 3 for nics modifications.
So in ModifyInstance rapi call we pass (add, -1, {..}) for nis.

No race condition. No need for ther NetworkInterface to have an
operstate. Hook runs during instance-modify and depicts the currently
existing nics. No reboot needed modification to take place.

Later in mutliple backend mac prefix handling should be done by synnefo.
Due to hotplug we can release a mac prefix just after removing a network.

Delete VM nics when a message of type OP_INSTANCE_REMOVE has been received
from ganeti, and not when doing the RAPI call.

Use the new option of Ganeti, to remove a specific nic.

- Rename GANETI_PUBLIC_LINK to GANETI_PUBLIC_NETWORK
- modify create_instance of backend module

Import latest version of ganeti rapi client. Include rapi calls for
managing networks that also support chain-job.

Update the Cyclades Installation and Cyclades Configuration sections
of the admin's quick installation guide. The guide now reflects all
the current changes to all components.

The Cyclades and General Testing sections remain, to complete the
admin's quick installation guide.

After this commit, one should be able to install the whole Synnefo
stack from the ground up, using this guide.

snf-vncauthproxy is installed automatically during the snf-cyclades-app
installation, so there is no need for details in the admin's quick
install guide. The section has been moved to the integrator's guide and
needs to get updated in the future.

Cyclades Prerequisites have been moved a level up on the structure
tree; outside the Cyclades Installation section. Everything is up
to date until the "Cyclades Installation" section, to reflect the
installation of the latest packages.

The Cyclades Installation/Configuration/Testing sections remain to
get updated (WIP).

Move the documentation concerning Shibboleth authentication to a
dedicated section inside the Admin Guide. Shibboleth targets advanced
users only, so it should not reside inside the Quick Install Admin
Guide.

Initial documentation concerning Cyclades installation.
Add prerequisites sections, needed before the actual Cyclades
installation section:

 * General Prerequisites
 * Setting up Ganeti
 * Installing/Configuring/Testing snf-image
 * Uploading snf-image Images on Pithos+
 * Connecting Ganeti with Pithos+ and spawning VMs from those Images

Networking section will follow. This is WIP
