Make pithcat initialize the Pithos backend (ModularBackend) using
keywords instead of positional arguments.

Also, do not use the 'None' argument to specify that the default value
of Pithos backend should be used. The behavior of Pithos backend has
changed, and passing 'None' will make the backend use the 'None' value.

Hotfix 0.16.1

If no image properties are defined, then do not run any configuration
task. Prior to this commit, the system would fail if no image
properties were present.

Introduce the PITHCAT_UMASK option. This can be used to set the file
mode mask of the pithcat process.

Use the newest 3.2.60-1+deb7u3 kernel

Fix the documentation to state that the mode field should always
contain a decimal number.

When searching a windows image for the presence of an answer file,
make sure that Autounattend.xml is also considered as a valid answer
file.

This contains basic info on how the Windows images get deployed and
instruction on how to use a custom Unattend.xml file.
