Bump version to 0.16.3next

Make pithcat initialize the Pithos backend (ModularBackend) using
keywords instead of positional arguments.

Also, do not use the 'None' argument to specify that the default value
of Pithos backend should be used. The behavior of Pithos backend has
changed, and passing 'None' will make the backend use the 'None' value.

Bump version to 0.16.2next

img_porperties is not a mandatory parameter for diskdumps any more.

Hotfix 0.16.1

If no image properties are defined, then do not run any configuration
task. Prior to this commit, the system would fail if no image
properties were present.

Introduce the PITHCAT_UMASK option. This can be used to set the file
mode mask of the pithcat process.

Support for CoreOS Linux

Resizing of a btrfs file system is performed in FilesystemResizeMounted
configuration task.

If /etc/fstab is missing do not mount any other partition than the
root partition but do not fail. There are distros like CoreOS that
do not contain an `/etc/fstab'.

Newer kernels work better with btrfs

Since the helper image is read-only there is no need to waste space.

There is no need for having partitions in the helper image. It is more
convenient if we format the whole disk as an ext2 filesystem.

This can be used to change the helper package version in the
version_pinning.pref file.

Update the helper kernel to 3.2.60-1+deb7u3+ufs.rw

This parameter can be used instead of img_passwd to directly inject a
password hash in the shadow file of the instance. This is applicable
only to Unix images.

This resolves #36

Till now, half of the variable names that referred to passwords contained
PASSWORD in their name and half contained PASSWD

Ignore SIGPIPE errors in curl to workaround a known bug. Use md5sum to
check the integrity of the downloaded file.

This Fixes #55

If the helper download command failed, the partially downloaded file
was not cleaned up.

Update all apt.dev.grnet.gr and cdn.synnefo.org links to use https
