Rename INSTALL_DEFAULT_UNATTEND to IGNORE_UNATTEND

 * Rename the image property INSTALL_DEFAULT_UNATTEND to
   IGNORE_UNATTEND.
 * Add documentation about this property

When deploying a Windows image, the InstallUnattend configuration task will
put its own copy of the Unattend.xml file in the hard disk of the VM that
