This allows OS installation scripts to make use of special parameters,
e.g. to retain some data on reinstallation.

The RAPI resource is not updated as it takes all parameters via the
query string and encoding arbitrary data in a query string is tricky.
The resource will need to be changed to use the POST body instead.

In some cases it can be useful to mark as an instance as started
or stopped while its primary node is offline. With this patch,
a new option, “--ignore-offline”, is introduced to “gnt-instance
start” and “… stop”.

This patch changes the behaviour of OpDiagnoseOS with regards to the
'valid' field to be similar to the one for the hidden/blacklisted
fields: unless this field is requested, invalid OSes are filtered out.

The rationale is that, except for the gnt-os info/diagnose, all other
users of this opcode are requesting the valid field just to filter out
invalid OSes, and not for any other use. Thus, changing this behaviour
makes these callers simpler.

Based on manual inspection (that the command only does a submit of some
jobs/opcodes), we re-add the dry-run option on a subset of the existing
commands.

A few more commands could use dry-run, but the code doesn't deal nicely
with no results, so fixing those is left for later patches.

These commands use or display the result from the LU, so in case of
dry-run, they will crash or display just 'None'. At least checking that
the result is 'true' (in the boolean sense) will make them work better.

As for gnt-os modify, it didn't pass the 'opts' parameter properly to
SubmitOpCode, so the dry-run option was silently ignored.

This patch unifies the netutils functions dealing with IP addresses to
three classes:
- IPAddress: Common IP address functionality
- IPv4Address: IPv4 specific functionality
- IPv6address: IPv6-specific functionality

Furthermore it adds methods to check whether an address is a loopback
address, replacing the .startswith("127") for IPv4 and adding IPv6
support.

It also provides the basis for future IPv6 address handling. Methods to
convert IP strings to their corresponding interger values will allow to
canonicalize IPv6 addresses.

Currently, we require both --force and --force-multiple for skipping the
confirmation on instance reinstalls. After offline conversations, this
has been deemed to be excessive, and this patch changes the meaning of
--force-multiple to be a “stronger” force, and not require both.

So, to skip the prompts:
- single instance reinstallation requires either --force or
  --force-multiple
- multiple instance reinstallation requires --force-multiple

This patch fixes a bug when gnt-instance rename was invoked with
--no-name-check. It renames the internal variables to be consistent with
the ones in equivalent instance add code. Furthermore it checks whether
and instance rename is invoked with --no-name-check but without
--no-ip-check and throws an exception if so.

Since migration live/non-live is more stable (e.g.) for Xen-PVM versus
Xen-HVM, we introduce a new parameter for what mode we should use by
default (if not overridden by the user, in the opcode).

The meaning of the opcode 'live' field changes from boolean to either
None (use the hypervisor default), or one of the allowed migration
string constants. The live parameter of the TLMigrateInstance is still a
boolean, computed from the opcode field (which is no longer passed to
the TL).

Currently, GenericManyOps ignores the actual success or failure results
from the invididual jobs. We change this to return '0' (i.e. success)
only when all jobs failed, as many times we have just one job.

Together with the JobExecutor change, this will report failures
correctly when used with a drained queue and submit only, or when used
normally and the opcode actually fails.

This patch introduces functions to check for valid IPv4 and IPv6
addresses and converts IsValidIP() to return True if it is either a IPv4
or a IPv6 address.

For now we do not change the functional behavior and replace IsValidIP
with IsValidIP4. This might change in the future.

This patch adds a new mode to instance modify, the changing of the disk
template. For now only plain to drbd conversion is supported, and the
new secondary node must be specified manually (no iallocator support).

The procedure for conversion works as follows:

- a completely new disk template is created, matching the count, size
  and mode of the instance's current disks
- we create manually (not via _CreateDisks) all the missing volumes
- we rename on the primary the LVs to the new name
- we create manually the DRBD devices

Failures during the creation of volumes will leave orphan volumes.
Failure during the rename might leave some disks renamed and some not,
leading to an inconsistent instance.

Once the disks are renamed, we update the instance information and wait
for resync. Any failures of the DRBD sync must be manually handled (like
a normal failure, e.g. by running replace-disks, etc.).
