- Added a login welcome page that acts as the LOGIN_URL

Created a login-required - like decorator to indicate that the user should
be social active in order to view protected views. Added the decorator in any
place that the login_required exists.

Added a boolean field in user profile to overcome django-social-auth
restrictions regarding the auth and login proccess while a user was inactive.
Updated the corresponding activation view plus created a migration.

Added Shibboleth attribute map. Added management dropdown in seperate template. Added accounts in urls.py.dist

Added a check user email view to support auth from external (social)
sources. If email is not provided by a social media, the user has to
enter the email address in a corresponding field during registration

Implemented alternate login for Helpdesk and Management overview on
Users and Institutions. It is based on a permission set by admin.
The overview directory should be protected the same manner admin is

Eduroam.org parses institutions.xml in a way that does not respect the
respective xsd file (institution.xsd). This patch sets the policy_URL
to '-' in case it is not defined by the institution eduroam admins

Institution Realm can be proxied only to Institution Servers with
ertype IdP or Idp/SP. Fixed a bug where this condition was not
respected. This closes #3148

Added a managerial overview for a group of users. Implemented an
alternate login mechanism based on LDAP. Will serve as a helpdesk
single point of reference for the app.

Added a text field in institution location edit/creation. This
one closes issue #2972
