Editing a backup set is no longer permitted

Disable form fields after first backup
Disable action tabs (restore, contents, status) before first backup

If file to restore is provided restore it under local dir.
If file to restore contains relative path use mkdirp to create
new directories as needed.

Add active class to selected item
Add vertical border
Remove panel class

Also refactor duplicity command

Add new Restore tab to separate restore action
Add local directory field
Change check_directory function to handle different directory fields
Change run_duplicity function to switch between directory fields
based on restore argument
Only save backup set when in backup action

Search for cygwin bash.exe under current directory
